We use Camtasia for our tutorials. Kills the frame rate some, but otherwise works fine.

I know I'm repeating myself, but thanks again guys for the tremendous reaction.

et_phone_home: He he. Who knows, maybe some Crytek people took notice of the map...

Kenji: Sorry for the fright. Not sure what might have happened here.

CryticalResponse: Thanks for your answer. I'm really eager to see tutorials from you guys. After all you're the most qualified persons in the world, having built the game and all!!! :)

aNoN_: Use the Time Of Day window and click on "Import From File". For the ocean shader: Click on the second tab from the left in the RollupBar -> Environment -> Ocean -> Material -> click "..." to select the file. Finally click on the (very) little "<" button next to the "..." button to apply the shader.

Maybe because his aint answering me? is that an act of crime? are you going to punish me for this? Do our moderators really know what's best for us? What gives them the right to make this kind of decision? Allow me to address the anxieties underlying your concerns, rather than try to answer every possible question you might have left unvoiced. I only wanted to get an answer from this beloved child...

I hope you do understand me.

hey, just wanting to offer some help (although you guys probably know anyway) :P

your ocean mtl isnt showing up because of the renaming of the level, if you load it through the console....

'con_restricted 0'
'map seith_island'

then it will work ;)
