of course it looks better... the polycount of the assets is twice that high and also the texture resolution. these assets are made for a $40 million project. the warz has max two million and no next gen engine. but you need to recode crysis2 alot to make a massive multiplayer game with streaming open worlds.
It's complicated, to say the least there is no mouse support
