almost a year has passed since i released the nanosuit IK rig for CryEngine 2. Now its time for some more exploitable asset goodness.
-In addition to the easy-to-use IK setup in my old rig, I've now added wrist twist helpers, which let you create natural animations without having to resort to ugly off-the-screen trickery. It'll also be a lot easier to animate with this new set-up because you wont need to constantly move around the shoulder helpers to keep the rig together.
-Palm split in to 5 parts to allow for more flexibility (literally) when animating.
-The nanosuit arms are gone, and i've replaced them with a pair of bare human arms. This is due to a number of reasons, and most of all i hope this will let a wider range of mod-makers use these arms, as they are not constrained by the crysis universe.
-Bone fins to allow easier judging of hand-to-object collision if you dont want to use the arm-mesh while animating.´
-I've locked most of the useless position/rotation axes, so now its hard if not impossible to mess up the rig while animating furiously.
-clothing articles will be released later as add-ons. sleeves and gloves.

everything in this thread was made by me from scratch, so this asset is not bound to the CryEngine. It is free to use in all non-commercial projects. The only requirement is that you must give credit where it is due. PM me if you have any questions.
