OMD, I've just had diner and I almost trew up because of the happiness when I read this xD
A big YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY for Crytek.. or.. well, whatever :P

Yeah 50k/sec here, v slow. My 20mb connection isn't even breaking a sweat.

Anyone got some mirrors?

Wait, I'm confused, does this include C++ source code (prior to 1.2 version)?
Or are these just plugins and assets...?

read the news carefully and have a detailed look at the content ;) source will come when patch 1.2 is out.

Holy ****! I'm not much of a modder though, I just like to map :)

But I have a question reguarding the CryTiff plugin. What exactly is this used for? I know some of the texture formats used in Crysis are TIFF format, but DDS files seem to be used (and work well), so why not just use the nvidiea DDS plugin for photoshop over the CryTiff exporter?
