Wait one second..

Thats a live logo on the box art. Oh no...

If thats that window live content like they used in Lost Planet then that erm...it sucks

Games for Windows – Live (officially spelled LIVE[1]) is an online gaming service for Games for Windows-branded PC titles. It enables Windows PCs to connect to the Live service, which will eventually include other devices including Windows Mobile and Zune. Users, each with a unique Gamertag that carries over from Xbox Live, are able to play online, keep track of their friends' status, send and receive messages, gain and keep track of Achievements, voice chat across platforms, and more. Some games allow for cross-platform play, such as Shadowrun, pitting PC players against Xbox 360 players.

Ugh

This is all well and good, and I might even pick up warhead when it's released...but what about future support for Crysis FROM crytek. Will you be releasing more info regarding future multiplayer fixes/optimization or are you basically saying it's up to the community at this point?

Lets hope that the Live stuff is actually a benefit to us (i dont think Crytek would use it if they thought it would murder there game).

Mint! you play as psycho... I like. More attention to the free roaming element sounds right up my alley too.

Keeping an eye on this

Games for Windows is a great platform, but all that positive goes away once I see the LIVE logo, i mean literally i just shat myself when i saw the box art in general, cause it was so sexy! then i felt pain afterwards when i saw the LIVE logo...

Live means you can play against 360 gamers. Which would mean that its NOT a pc exclusive. The only other option is if they make a different game for 360 which they can play against pc gamers with this game.

Which ever way, Live sucks and it is the biggest pain in the ass ever. To but it simple..it sucks. Why not just stick to gamespy...

Re-read the announcement - it clearly states that Warhead is PC exclusive ;)

Gamespy has been nothing but trouble for the last month, nearly killed the MP community.
