cl_hud 0
e_screenshot_width 2560(2560 being whatever you want)
e_screenshot_height 2096(2096 being whatever you want)
e_screenshot_quality 100
e_screenshot 1

Try this:
cl_hud 0

e_screenshot_width 2560(2560 being whatever you want)
e_screenshot_height 2096(2096 being whatever you want)

** make sure the width and height match your resolution (16:10 16:9 14:9 etc) **

e_screenshot_quality 100
e_screenshot 1

Well, I just realized my pic is less based on scenery, and more based on showing off the Cryengine 2's amazing shadows, shaders, and effects.
