In our latest CRYENGINE Master Class, we are sharing the third in a series of tutorials that we’ve previously only used internally for reference. Today’s Master Class is all about Blendspace and animation technologies.

The video is a presentation from Ivo Herzeg, Lead Animation Engineer at Crytek, to our Crytek game development team. It covers the tools used in the mocap pipeline, covers parametric blending and other techniques that are crucial for animation, with the techniques shown used in shipped games. This is really helpful in fact, especially for people that are trying to grasp the complexities of player/character movement, both animation, and technical side of things.
