Dear CRYENGINE users,

We are currently changing our business model and thus changing our support system too. We will be soon implementing a ticket-based support model.

What exactly does this mean for you?

If you have a specific issue in your project and you would like to have it resolved by the CRYENGINE team, you will be able to select from a predefined category and submit your issue to us. After we have evaluated your issue we will contact you on how to proceed further.

While we are working on implementing this new support system, you can still reach us as always via email contact@cryengine.com, or by engaging with our community on our CRYENGINE Answers or Forums.
