This is Darkness Anomaly, an upcoming horror-adventure experience from CRYENGINE user romahassanih that is sure to send chills down your spine.

All is not well in Kingdom Valley. The small town is shaken up by a series of murders that are overwhelming the local police force. Step into the scene as veteran detective Nick Reeves, who is called in to solve the case and apprehend the killer. Explore the open world around you, using your wits and intuition to interact with the citizens of Kingdom Valley as you search for clues.

It doesn’t take long to figure out that this case goes beyond a local homicide...nefarious cult leader Light has chosen Kingdom Valley to carry out his ultimate act of evil: A ritual that will bring about the end of humanity, facilitated by the stolen divinity of a fallen angel.

The race is on as Nick, aided by fallen angel Vassago, fights to unravel the dark plot that threatens the very existence of humanity.

And if you think that this is a noir nightmare already, you’ll be surprised what else is lurking about in Kingdom Valley. The line between life and death has been blurred...beware of what awaits on the other side!

Far more than a simple shooter or point-and-click puzzle game, Darkness Anomaly requires an element of forethought and decision making in order to succeed. Supplies are limited, actions have consequences. Every interaction with someone will have an effect. Darkness Anomaly is a game of details.

To that end, sound design was highly scrutinized and tweaked to achieve an optimal environment of paranoia and fear. Jump scares are scarce, but you may feel eyes watching your every move...

Darkness Anomaly also features the work of some exceptional voice actors, some of whom you may recognize from other hit video games.
